This will be one of the major problems here in NY. Our local roads just barely survive a few years with the normal construction and farm traffic.

Twenty odd years ago they drilled here the old fashion way and didn't hit gas. Since we live on a fault line they have applied for a permit to frack and it will be one of the first wells drilled in Broome County. Our neighbors are split on this issue. When the problems arise I wonder who will be called to fix them. We weren't notified by any authorities. An activist friend gave us the lat/long location and we had to go from there.

Pennsylvania since the 1860's. Oil City, Titusville, and many others were boom towns in the 1870-80's and soon became ghost towns with no industry in the 1900's.

In many ways, Central Pennsylvania is no different in their history than West Virginia and the whole Appalachia region.

A ghost town that's been dealing with an underground coal fire for decades - and the blaze could go on for centuries.

1)Most of the Truck don't have Large Logo's like ALLISON which I saw two maybe three shots of in your video and it seemed like the rest of the trucks were "local haulers" who only had small logos (unreadable) on the cab and 2) who but you local rural "taxpayers" are going to pay for the road resurfacing with these high weight trucks and constant traffic eating up your rural road with increased traffic for the Fracking?

They will tell you the Frackers bring jobs which increase tax revenue for rebuilding your road. But, will they tell you why the trucks aren't proud to LOGO their company?

Thanks for this Video. Those two thoughts came to my mind watching this. Also the noise level you must be having to deal with. UGH It looks like such a beautiful area to be invaded like this. Sorry you had to be invaded like this.
