This Snow Diving Fox demonstrates the amazing skills used to hunt for mice in deep snow. The fox has amazingly sensitive hearing and when combined with a built in magnetic like compass he plots a course like a ballistic missile to target the mouse hidden beneath the snow.

Wolves hunt mice almost exactly the same way. My dogs do it sometimes too.
