Recipe for Cheezy Grits
2 cups of Bling h2o water
1 1/2 teaspoons of Korean Oyster Bamboo salt
1 cup of 'old fashioned' Bain Capital-owned grits brand
1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground Madagascar black peppercorns
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter made from milk at the Romney family compound
4 ounces of high grade sharp Wisconsin cheddar from a family friends cattle ranch
2 lessons in southern vernacular (optional)
Directions: Cook grits in water and milk mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients until cheesy. Serve immediately, unless voters and media seem to cringe every time you say cheesy grits and yall.
Yields: Enough for southern GOP voters who arent offended by the former governors lazy pandering, or put off by the amount of money the campaign spent, to stomach casting a primary ballot for Romney http://loop21.com/mitt-romney-cheesy-grits-recipe

(50,562 posts)Idaho is in two time zones--Pacific and Mountain. The Mormons in the Mountain Time Zone, where the greatest concentration of them are, gave Romney all of Idaho's delegates long before the teabaggers and sovereign citizens up here had cast their second caucus ballot. (Up here, Santorum won, Paul was second and Romney third.)

(20,888 posts)He managed to not get blown out and thus keep his sizable delegate lead. The deep south didn't turn into the run away defeat but some close three way battles. Delegate wise finishing a close third was a solid win. He's got almost half the number he needs and is likely to do better in big delegate states to come. And a long grind out battle losing close is sometimes all you need. He knew he wasn't going to win, but he didn't blow out and now can sell himself as the likely winner for the next round.
