I believe that he speaks for many of us

He speaks of the liberation of his people, yet he speaks for us all. No matter if you are a Woman, LGBT, Black, Latino, Native American et al, he speaks for the slights that we have all endured and we have endured many. He speaks for us.

God rest your soul, Nelson. You have left us a legacy of hope and dreams for a brighter future. It was a long walk to freedom, you made amazing progress, yet it is not over. We will continue where you left off. We will do it with your spirit in our hearts.

Thank you Nelson Mandela.

Yet the oblivious will remain blind and deaf to the truth that surrounds them. They will remain in there clueless shells.

We need to be the eyes that see, the hearts that give and true strength to see it through. So many sweet souls started this, it is up to us to finish it.

Thank you Madiba for being one of them.

And, the now the devolution of the Teabaggers~ that's main fueling engine is the Hate directed at the hardest working President for the Good, Ever!

or does he speak "for us all"?

"he speaks for us all. No matter if you are a Woman, LGBT, Black, Latino, Native American et al,"

Well nice to be included in the "et al"

Because only identity politics gets put front and center.

No such thing as class politics.

And straight white men? We don't get the blues, we give them.
