I get more sure yearly that his move away from the war machine/empire agenda got him killed.

JFK had Hollywood connections, and I've heard he pushed getting "Four Days In May" done, because he thought the plot laid out there was possible. Possible because of the right wing war hawks like Lemay who thought we could win a nuclear war.

The termination of he, his brother, and MLK changed so much.
