Cuccinelli to be lead lawyer in suit against Obama administration (Rand Paul's lawsuit)
While it is even possible the lawsuit has some merit, talk about mad men finding each other (though I am unclear how Cuccinelli's overreach in people's private lives fits with Rand Paul's liberty statements).

Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli leaves office Saturday, but he will continue to take on what he considers overreaching by the federal government.
Cuccinelli will be the lead lawyer in a suit filed by Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., against the Obama administration over the data-collection policies of the National Security Agency, according to The Associated Press.
As attorney general, Cuccinelli took on the Obama administration in court over the Affordable Care Act and the Environmental Protection Agency’s authority to regulate emissions.
On Oct. 28, late in Republican Cuccinelli’s unsuccessful campaign for governor, he and Paul spoke at Liberty University’s convocation in Lynchburg. During that appearance, Paul decried the extent of NSA surveillance.
Paul, a potential 2016 presidential hopeful, wrote a blurb for Cuccinelli’s book “The Last Line of Defense,” calling the attorney general “a true and consistent champion of liberty.”

One slap-head representing/assisting another. No wonder we're "circling the bowl" as a society. Sad thing is the premise is valid, these two clowns are going to blow that down the toilet in a great flush of idiocy.
