I usually post pretty serious stories, but I obviously crossed the line. My apologies. Personally, I don't put anybody on ignore because everyone occasionally makes a post that can be viewed from multiple perspectives. I was trying to make a joke about Internet cat humor, but the humor was questionable.

Secondly, this is not funny. At all.

Occasionally an attempt at humor will bomb and I apparently crossed the line in this instance.

I went ahead and edited my comments. I realize that I was out-of-bounds with the commentary and deserved some groans, but I'm surprised that some people are worked up about it.
