and terrified that they would face his wrath like the Mayors of Fort Lee, Hoboken and Jersey City. Look what he did to the entire town of Hoboken just because the Mayor stayed neutral. She didn't even support her own party's candidate and he left a decimated town with no support. This guy is a dangerous monster and everyone who tried to stop him was punished and their constituents suffered.

OK they aren't heroes but I can understand why they believed that they had to play ball or their towns and districts would severely feel the pain.

I had a conversation with a woman who was liberal leaning who said something revealing. She told me that she wanted to vote for Buono but she didn't know anything about her and no one else seemed to know either. The Democrats did not campaign at all and your average uninformed voter only heard the constant drum of the pro Christie machine.

Christie story non-stop, but the polls are still giving Christie a pass. The people are still on his side. So even when the information is there, people still turn a blind eye. Yes, either it's willful ignorance, cognitive dissonance, or downright stupidity. I think I'm going with the latter.

The Dems in the State Senate are waiting to see if the witch is really dead before they pile on. The Rebublicans in the Senate hate him already. He tried to strip Tom Kane's son of his power as the Rebublican leader but he failed. They are waiting to tear him to pieces. The Pukes hate him more than the Dems! Once his empire starts to crumble everyone in the State will wake up like Sleeping Beauty after that kiss.
