(10,624 posts)How those benefits are divided up is a political decision. The choices were: to distribute the gains across the board; to give workers just enough to compensate them for falling wages and let the rich have the rest; or to let the rich have all the benefits and not even compensate workers for wage losses.
Guess which one we went with?
