O'Bama, Beer, and a Baby

Last edited Sat Mar 17, 2012, 08:08 PM - Edit history (2)

President Obama laughs as he celebrates St. Patrick's Day with his ancestral cousin Henry Healy and Ollie Hayes, owner of a pub in Moneygall, Ireland that Obama visited in 2011, during a stop at the Dubliner pub in Washington, March 17, 2012.

People like Obama. It's that simple.

They have no case against the man, and people like him. It's gotta make a Republican strategist just cringe to see that scene.

I can't really remember any, but Obama's fairly regularly hitting up DC stores for food or drink, it's neat. Apparently the bartender only had 5 minutes notice!

If he could have gotten receptions like this, they would've had it on teevee 24/7.

And then he's going do a campaign event where he'll sing 'God Bless America' in Gaelic while clogging.

Horrible beer, great crawfish and shrimp, and split the difference on music. We at least played some games involving pseudo horseshoes and other things. Was a great deal of fun, except my stomach got upset by the beer.

Oh, and I gatecrashed it because they were the next door neighbors LOL.
