I've almost never watched Morning Joe until this morning...

and that is only because the TV was on MSNBC when I shut it off, last night.

I decided to watch as much as I could tolerate to see why so many DUrs complained about Joe and Mika. One thing I noticed was how many times Joe referenced his time in Congress. Good grief! Does he do that every day?

The show would be more interesting if they posted a sign behind him that said, "Former Congressman." That would save room for an entire segment.

Yes, Joe! Everyone knows you were a congresscritter. I'll betcha it will even be on his tombstone.

On July 20, 2001, one of Scarborough's aides died after hitting her head on a desk when she fainted while alone in Scarborough's Fort Walton Beach, Florida, office.

My wife still watches his show, but I don't. As I wandered by the TV this morning, Joe was whining---I mean, actually whining---about the Hoboken mayor supposedly getting off easy re the Christie situation. This just confirmed my feeling that giving up the Joe/Mika thing some time back was a sound decision.

For one, I hate shows who invite guests and then don't let them speak. He interrupts so often (gets upset when anyone else tries to butt in) and has nothing more to say than how his experience in congress would...what he would have said...how he would have turned so and so in for..., etc. How the hell does he keep that job?

Maybe he and Mika were the only two who would get up early enough to do the show?

but never followed the story too closely.

Since he has such an ego, I would imagine the fact that so many suspected he had something to do with it would have shut him up for a few minutes, anyway. You'd think he'd pause when bringing up his past employment, since it instantly seems to bring the young girl's death to mind...even today.

I agree, there are sure a lot of holes...particularly, the check for any pregnancy.

As an aside, I wonder how many Repugs use that doctor who did the autopsy? Suppose they have a list of people to rely on to pull themselves out of hot water? Wouldn't that be handy?

any argument in defense of Chris Christie. He's now just flailing.

He does reference his time in Congress every day that he is on the show. How if such and such happened to HIM when he was in Congress he woulda done this or that...always loud because he thinks the louder the better when the opposite is true...

His guy is going down and his support of CC is getting frayed and thin...

about Christie...maybe a bit embarrassed to know him/support him in the past and don't want their names linked to his if they can help it.

I don't have the stomach to watch FOX, so I don't know how they are reacting or if they are even reporting much on CC.

If I were a reporter, I'd be very cautious about who I publicly supported in politics of today. Shoot, you would probably have a hard time finding an honest prosecutor who could sit at a hearing.

Our children are learning all kinds of good tricks just by watching the adults.

New Jersey is currently operating without any Governor whatsoever. There are, however, a bunch of Democrats in the State Legislature who seemed to have fucked up traffic a while ago?
