It's pretty clear that none of the GOP candidates can take on the bigots...

On their side.

Not a single one of them.

McCain may have been a war mongering, old do nothing, but I saw him confront some of that bigotry when it was all up in his face. I'll give him credit for that.

Four years later, it's a new day for racism in America.

This current crop: They're quite the opposite. Either they're stoking the flames of bigotry outright, like Gingrich and Santorum (and even a bit of Romney lately).

Or like Romney and Paul, are cowards when faced with it.

With Citizens United, some very ugly adds will come out and the candidates with wash their hands of them.

With social media, any racist bastard with a computer can spread as much ugliness as they can muster.

We're going to see the country dragged through a lot of gutters before election day. I think that it's going to be the ugliest that we've ever seen this country turn in a long time.

All I can say is, prepare to be shocked.

Although I won't be shocked. With all this shenanigans of the last four years....I'm expecting all types of unbridled ignorance.

I hope that there is no violence. We are rapidly regressing.

confront racism? I will never forget the moment in the debates when McCain pointed to Obama and referred to him as "That one." It was a disturbing comment. Were there times when McCain actually condemned racism?

when the bigots are the GOP majority today?

Most sane Pubs became Dems already or are getting out of politics.

They LIKE them. They WANT them. They CAMPAIGN for their support. Why would they try to fight them?

How else can they target 50% of Americans to support candidates with policies that only benefit 1% of Americans.

There is now way they'll take them on when their only chance is to embrace the bigot demographic.

They had a news helicopter with "Fox News. Not racists, but #1 with racists!"

That should be the GOP's slogan.

These fuckers have long been a sexist, racist, and anti self determination party for years and years and an economic Royalist party many times more so.
They are a blood lusty haven for human backwash and a terrorist organization and Democrats biggest sins are pretending otherwise, assimilating their wicked schemes, and pretending they are decent folks we disagree with instead of a bunch of anti-American, mouth breathing slime who at their very, very, very best just want to impoverish the American people, funnel all resources and control of them to a few wealthy fucks and murder the fuck out of brown and black people for control of their resources but on average want to contol women like cattle, black and brown folks like garbage, and gay folks somewhere between the way Hitler treated the Jews and Jim Crow.

Take on the bigots? You might as well be waiting on neonazis to take on their extremists. They have been stoking this shit for decades.

McCain face down bigotry in the USA and Ron Paul would roll back Civil Rights so he could inflict 'back of the bus' tactics on minorities again.

The teabillies brought this back to the fore after 2010 empowered their hate agenda and unleashed the racism and bigotry ALWAYS boiling just under the surface of the 'entire Republican party!'

The ONLY reason right wing hatred hasn't spilled into the light of day for so many years is because the GOP knew it would be rejected on it's face in the 21st century. A black POTUS awakened their nightmare! Over 40% of the population are minorities and the right wing want to cleanse them before they take over.

The tea party doesn't care if people don't like their agenda, they're pushing it right out in the open and Republicans are taking full advantage believing they can hang it all on the tea people! They cannot!

THE REPUBLICAN PARTY IS THE KLAN & CITIZENS UNITED IS COMPLICIT & THEY DON'T CARE WHO KNOWS IT NOW because they think the Koch's & the Roves are going to buy them the White House so they can hang the uppity black man who dared remove the power they wield as a weapon against Americans!

Obama's Secret Service had better be ready to do battle, it's going to get ugly from mid-summer until November and they will be gunning for him, literally.
