There is no way this fool could ever get elected!

He fooled the citizens of Arkansas once, I don't think he can fool a nation.

But, they have to nominate someone to lose to Hillary in 2016, may as well be him, then they'll be rid of him.

He came fairly close the time he ran, I think he was the last man standing against McCain. Reagan didn't win the first time he ran for the Republican nomination. Neither did Bush the Elder, nor McCain, nor Romney.

Huck skipped 2012, so did Christie, so did Jeb Bush and Daniels. A better analogy is to the 2004 Democratic field and John Edwards rather than the 2012 Republican field and Santorum. Obviously Edwards didn't win the Democratic nomination but he was a serious candidate who had a real shot at it.

and about the same number of delegates, as Huckabee did. They both got lucky with evangelical electorates in Iowa and were never really able to capitalize on that early success. Long before they dropped out of the races, it was abundantly clear that neither of them had anything beyond a snowball's chance of winning the nomination.

I really don't see the difference between them.

Hucksterbee is willing to say more asinine things right now that Sick Rantorum to get noticed for 2016, now that Christie has faded out of view.

Once by being elected lieutenant governor, then twice by being elected governor after filling out the term of Jim Guy Tucker who had been hounded out of office by Ken Starr's witch hunt.
