Quebec Seniors Home Fire - 3 dead and 30 missing

Can't copy & paste content with the iPad, details at link. Watching update live right now, and recovery efforts are almost impossible. The water used to fight the fire has frozen the rubble into an almost solid block of ice.

Very bad situation, and officials expect the death toll to rise significantly.

Edit - 5 now confirmed dead.

I was emailing with a friend in Montreal and he was trying to get me to understand just how frigid it is up there right now. I can't even imagine the fear of the residents and the frustration of the firefighters.
