Dinesh D’Souza charged with making illegal $20,000 gift to U.S. Senate candidate Wendy Long

Right-wing pundit Dinesh D’Souza, who was forced to quit as president of a Manhattan evangelical Christian college in 2012 due to an extramarital affair, has been charged with making illegal contributions to a U.S. Senate candidate in New York, the feds said Thursday....

D’Souza, 52, allegedly contributed $20,000 through straw donors to Republican Wendy Long’s 2012 campaign. Long lost to incumbent Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand.

This one of D'Souza's books in particular could stand some more reviews.

I thought the terrists hated us for our freedoms and the cultural left is anti-freedom?

But then right wing rhetoric has never been either all that connected with reality or self consistent.
