There have been a few about his support of the poor and his comments against gross income inequality and greed.

Pope doesn't make policy or pass laws. The Tealiban/GOP do though. The graphic refers to 624 of those.

women's rights.

He did, however do his first excommunication pf a Priest who dared to say that women could become ordained.

I disagree w/ him about that. Just like I do those legislators who passed 600+ pieces of woman-controlling laws (or tried to).

That is the military draft. The government takes total control over your body and can order it to go in harm's way. When you are dead it is hard to see how you can be more regulated than that.

But the law is still on the books and young men are still required to register at 18 with the Selective Service.

In its day, seems like the draft regulated men's bodies. I mean, if you were 1A and your number came up, your whole body was subject to regulation!

He can actually do something simply by wanting to do it.

cannot appear naked in public without being arrested for being indecent/mentally unbalanced/a potential sex offender, etc. Even showing a tiny bit of the wrong kind of body part can land him in big trouble.

Also, lots of men in the past, at least, were subjected to forced sterilization laws.

I merely noted that there are, and have been, laws about what men can/could do with their bodies, including involuntary sterilization.
