If A = C and B = C

Last edited Mon Mar 19, 2012, 02:16 PM - Edit history (1)

So an embryo is now a person. And a corporation is now a person. What I'm wondering is, now that a breeding woman is an aggregate entity, equal under the law to a corporation, how does she go about getting the tax breaks and lobbyists?

4. The woman isn't equal. She's a broodmare.

The only way a woman could be equal to the fetus or the corporation is to incorporate her uterus.

7. Hmm, at the very least a pregnant woman shouldn't be able to be arrested

because in doing so you are also arresting an innocent embryo/person. Shouldn't the embryo be able to sue for false arrest and imprisonment?

9. It's your logic that is faulty...

...because your use of "=" is wrong: Doctors and Lawyers may *have* high salaries, but that does not mean they *are* those high salaries. To spell it out: Two different entities may indeed pull in equivalent salaries without being equivalent entities. So your logic fails.
