Watching the coverage of the snowstorm in Atlanta

Why do people vote for politicians who deny global climate change and blame that government is the problem and bad?

I live in San Francisco they have preparations on the books for all kinds of emergencies.

Ny was prepared for Sandy per Chris Hayes NJ had no plans and they were devastated.

We really as a country need to vote for people who are real public servants who want to improve the lives of its citizens instead of the power hungry profit mongers who want rape the natural resources sell them off to the highest bidder or their campaign donors , privatize public utilities and screw over the citizens. ( though what the dems did in Chicago is putrid).
