What did Gov Cuomo of NY know about the bridge closing and when did he know it.

The Port Authority is a joint state commission with members appoint the NY Governor. I don't believe NJ members could do this action without the ok from NY members.

weeks ago it is reported that Christie called Cuomo and asked him to stop/stifle/slow the investigation?

is possibly more important than what we know....OTOH-perhaps Gov Cuomo has been instructed to stay mum on this due to ongoing investigations. We don't know at this juncture and perhaps the NJ side had jurisdiction over the part of the bridge that they shut down and perhaps there should be stipulations that Both sides must agree to Any closures/studies etc for a bit more oversight?
