The most pathetic part about the GOP primary in Puerto Rico

According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_voting_rights_in_Puerto_Rico, Puerto Ricans can't vote in the presidential election.

So why did the Republicans waste time down there?

Their participation is limited to the delegates they send to the convention. And they have a fair number of those.

While Santorum opted to insult Puerto Ricans so that he could show his base in the voting states that he doesn't like people who speak Spanish.
