Obamacare working in Kentucky

Very interesting article about Obamacare in Kentucky from the Washington Post.

The critics claim the sick and poor will expand the ranks of Medicare (is that their real complaint--that people who couldn't afford to see a doctor will now get medical care? Seems both unchristian and rather evil to me---the alternative is that they won't get care and they either get sick or die).
