David Axelrod is not quite ready for Hillary.

The former adviser to President Obama thinks Democrats are getting ahead of themselves with their 2016 fundraising efforts.

Axelrod fired off a tweet Thursday urging Democratic donors to focus on this year's midterms, not the next presidential contest.

More than two years ahead of the next White House race, many Democrats have already begun mobilizing behind groups such as "Ready for Hillary" that are dedicated to promoting a Hillary Clinton presidential bid.

But Axelrod indicated that's a mistake during an appearance Friday on MSNBC's "Morning Joe."

He's correct. Besides, Hillary's lead is insurmountable - she needs no help.

in the election races, primaries and general.

HRC's book HAD to come out in 2003 during 2004 primary and Bill's book HAD to come out during 2004 general?

The Clintons are millionaires many times over and are surrounded by corporate benefactors, why do their campaign supporters need to suck up all the cash flow needed for 2014 races?

Hilliary will be one of the most ineffective Presidents ever. If you think obstructionism is bad with Obama, just wait for President Hillary, IMO.

rethugs will finish obstructing the votes and gerrymandering not to mention fill the SCOTUS with more scalias. We might be able to get Hillary elected in 2016 but she will be unable to do anything about the march to corporatism. Wake up Democrats: this is not about Hillary now - it is about saving our country.

Get out and vote and where possible spend money on keeping the Senate and House.

That big activist group that is going to set the mid-term out is full of s--t. And they are doing nothing to help us end this madness.
