Would it be illegal if DU attempted to oust a couple of Republican Congressmen?

If Bill Maher can work to oust one Republican, shouldn't we be able to oust a couple, also?

And if it is legal, which two should DU focus upon?

After all, we have DUers that live in just about every Congressional district across the nation, I would think?

Or would the Tea Party have a problem with that?
