Dunn is certainly guilty...

But Stand Your Ground does not apply in this case. That particular aspect of the law requires a separate hearing, which was not held in this case. Initially the lawyers said they would use it as a defense, but anyone can say that.
I've noticed a number of people saying SYG is the problem, but it is important to remain informed because the enemy will use our mistakes against us! Knowledge is power, friends.

essentially incorporate SYG into that definition. Check out Florida's definition of self-defense before and after SYG was enacted.
