Hung jury means they can retry if they want. The Davis family gets to go through this again.

This is the state that gave us George, Jeb, declared Anthony & Zimmerman not-guilty.....it will be a long road with low optimism.

This is the count dealing with the death of Jordan Davis. On this count they have 4 choices, guilty of M1, guilty of M2, guilty of manslaughter, or not guilty.

They can't come to a unanimous decision on any of it. That's why I think at least one person (and maybe more) are going for not guilty.
