"Natural?" "Organic?"

I just saw a segment on ABC news about just how deceptive the "Natural" label can be on food.

"Natural lemon flavor" consisting of chemicals.

Berries on the cover of cereal, when there are pieces of dried berries at most, and artificial flavors and colors.

Organic on the other hand, is tightly regulated.
(I just wonder though how many food makers ignore the laws.)

"Natural" is a marketing term for dummies to believe.

"Organic" means something very specific. However, it is mixed opinion whether the benefits attributed to organics are factual. Certainly some of them can be. Who wants to eat a flavorless tomato, for instance.
