Or call your doctor, if you have one. They always have some way to get after-hours calls.

You could also go to an urgent care clinic. If they think you need more, they will pass you on to a hospital E.R.

MAKE SURE YOU TELL EVERYONE YOU SPEAK TO THAT YOU HAVE BEEN HAVING RABIES SHOTS. Also, tell them if you are taking any anti-inflammatory medicines (Motrin, Advil, Aleve, etc.) or blood thinners (Warfarin, coumadin, etc.) that can cause bleeding.

To this point, though, I'd only read about it in pets--specifically, in a dog (the vet apparently told the owner that the nosebleeds and seizures were a side effect of the vaccine):

http://championofmyheart.com/2013/01/21/adverse-rabies-vaccine-reaction-the-year-in-pictures-part-1/

You are correct that it's not reported as a side effect (likely or otherwise) in HUMANS, at least not according to the CDC:

developing nosebleeds or seizures after ANY vaccine. If your dog has nosebleeds, look for a tumor or foreign body.

And they aren't going to happen after human vaccination for rabies either.

Just because something happened after a vaccination was given doesn't mean the vaccine had anything to do with it. And people imagine all sorts of things after vaccines because the anti-vaxers have got them so completely paranoid.
