How the Supreme court will Constitutionally justify killing Obamacare

Who am I kidding. This SCOTUS doesn't need any justification. They rule over and over again on purely political lines. They overturn precedent and counter their own rulings when convenient. (Bush v Gore) We know this will be a 5-4 ruling, the question is will Kennedy follow the right wing corporatist in their corrupt decisions.

The bottom line is still that Bush/Cheney stole the 2000 presidential election with the active assistance of the Repuglicans on the Supreme Court.

And if that's not enough, watch the documentary 'The Art of the Steal' and you'll see even more how Rendell is a real jerk.

That being said, my hunch is that the Supreme Court will rule against Obamacare. It is one thing to be required to participate in a government program, something else to be required to buy a product/service from a private corporation (health insurance). And I'm not sure I disagree with that proposition. Which is why we need a health care insurance reform with a public option, or a real medical care reform that eliminates the insurance industry, like single-payer.

I have zero faith in this court, but alternately, I haven't seen any real "competent" proposals on exactly how they could rule without somehow overturning "Wheat". Of course, I'm pretty sure that there are probably at least 3 justices willing to do that.

but IIRC Roberts has always voted on the side of business and the health care reform bill put a lot of new profit into the pockets of the health care industry.
