w/o any clue other that its territory the Russian is in. They have no sense of the history of the region, the population and the age old conflicts between the people there.

Once again their ignnorance shows. I guess they want to go back and re-fight the Crimean War.
Only this time the killing field will be greater.

that it, in 1994 and 1997, agreed to accept and defend, and to annex territory because that territory used to belong to the Soviet Union, which is not longer in existence?

Are you saying that only historical claims, rather than internationally accepted current borders have any meaning?

Are you saying that I must apply for a permanent visa from one of the European nations from which my ancestors immigrated to the US because right now I'm living in an American Indian nation without a passport or visa?
