"The new Ukrainian gov't is ONLY 30% Neo-Nazi"....

One can say "Only 30% Social Democrat" or "Only 30% Socialist"....

But "Only 30% Neo-Nazi"?????

They're Nazis. They don't play by the rules. 30% represents the consent (or should I say an invitation) to govern.
