Maybe legalizing pot will result in fuller

employment as young adults drop out. Could work out great. I‘m sure the 1% would be thrilled there would be less ambitious workers. (Sarcasm) Then they wouldn‘t be burdened will an employers job market where they have to go to the trouble of picking through many, many unemployed to hire someone eager to work long hours at lower pay. Hey this whole automation and outsourced economy could work out great for everyone concerned!!!(Sarcasm)

So you think cannabis users are lazy, unambitious people who don't want to work? I disagree. TeamPooka Mar 2014 #1

Everyone I know who smokes pot, eats it or whatever has very good jobs including some of the 1% that I know here in Hollywood.
So maybe it's time to lose the lazy stoner stereotype along with the other offensive ethnic stereotypes that are not accepted in society.
It is a stereotype actively promoted by the reefer madness drug warriors who also refuse to acknowledge the medical benefits of the plant not to mention the industrial uses.
Legalizing cannabis will turn a money pool controlled by cartels into a stream of jobs, taxes and revenue that benefits all citizens.
It will help to curb the growing prison for profit industrial complex.
Prohibition is a failed public policy, again.
It's time we learn from history and stop persecuting, and demeaning, our own citizens.
