heard this from a coworker today

"Reagan ended the Coldwar .. Obama restarted it."

I asked him - what he thought the cold war was? and did he think the Obama has given orders to build and deploy new nukes? and why do you think we have restarted the cold war...

and all I got in return was that Obama is weak ....blah blah blah ..

That is every Obama naysayers problem. Deep down, diving through the excuses/answers for why, it comes back to something as stupid/silly as the color of his skin
