Largest Oil refinery on Fire in Europe....its in Russia

“Neftekamskneftehim” is the largest oil refinery in Europe. It is located in Tatarstan, Russia and today, at 7.00pm Moscow Time, dozens of firemen were urgently summoned as the oil giant started burning

the premier of Tatarstan that was supposed to be the self announced mediator between Russia and Ukraine.
and that is where the refinery is

but you'd think a major fire inside Russia, for a MAJOR installation, would be on TASS, at the very least, or Pravda

so that is not surprising. Gazpon is a private company. But nada on Tass either.

This is a major gas installation, you'd think they would be all over it, if nothing else because that is a major fire. It makes for dramatic tv.

Though if they've got the name wrong, I'm doubtful about the whole fire story:

PSC TAIF-NK’s Nizhnekamsk refinery, which is Tatarstan’s largest, includes a gasoline plant and gas condensate processing plant.
