Check out Bao Bao


Bao Bao, the four and a half month old giant panda cub, in her indoor habitat at the Smithsonian's National Zoo in Washington, D.C., on January 7, 2014. Bao Bao was born to the zoo's female giant panda Mei Xiang and male giant panda Tian Tian.

they often find them crouching around houses. no one knows why. Very wonderful animals.

I was surprised to read that despite their beauty, Pandas are generally unpleasant creatures to be around -- They would just as soon scratch your face off than look at you...

And for whatever reason, we still need a legion of scientists and professors to figure out why males won't mate with females in heat

and I imagine giant pandas don't like being in jail any more than we do.

Still, BaoBao is cute as hell and I like the way they're giving offspring Chinese names.

I just don't want her as a pet, thanks.
