Republican governors of states not accepting the expansion are forcing the taxpayers of their states to pay for the health care of many of its citizens, twice, once through federal income taxes and again through state funding for Health and Human Services.

Fox is unstable, of course, and entertains in a slanted way but the fact remains that the Medicaid Expansion is available to help poor women in the way that ACA details, not the way that extremist assholes want it done or write about it.
