In spite of that, it is hard to get it to stop, or to get justice for victims. All too often, the stalker does as he or she pleases. TROs only make it worse.

What stalking crime are you referring to? I know a woman who was stalked, and it was chilling. She is my neighbor. She is thirty years old, with two small girls. Of course, we all know about famous people who were stalked and killed.

If you want to read about stalking, "I Know You Really Love Me" is a good book, written by a psychiatrist who was stalked.

after he fumed at being boxed by a semi. Followed at sane pace looking for cops. Chickenshit cops responded to chickenshit driver's call for help. Gave me the third degree, said he could send me to Guantanamo as an AMERICAN TERRORIST. Said that following a bad guy is terrorist threat.

Let the punk go a few minutes before they let me go. And likely would have arrested me, but I didnt have a cellphone, and said I was trying to wave down a cop.

had a right to impede Martin's freedom, and then claim self defense for reacting to Martin's response..

I thought assault and battery was a criminal offense as well. Silly me.
