What if the Tea Party hounded Obama/Biden out of office - would the new government be legit?

Oh of course, the Tea Party doesn't represent all of the "American people" - but then again, neither does the new government in the Ukraine.

especially if they had agreed to sign away power they had illegally grabbed through bribes of judges the night before.

our government would conduct a response using any means necessary to clear the streets and restore "order", including shooting people dead and mass arrests. They would not hesitate to kill us by the thousands.

be legitimate. Just as it was in Ukraine when the Democratically elected Parliament Impeached the President and he resigned. The Democratically elected Parliament is still the Government and has put into place an acting President until elections can be held in the next couple of months. Oh and by the way there is no "NEW Government". It is the same government they had at this time last year, minus a corrupt President.
