Can Anybody Say "Shock Doctrine"?

Didn't Naomi Klein use Poland as an example of disaster capitalism in her book "The Shock Doctrine"? Here's the NY Times putting forth Poland's economy as the "blueprint" for Ukraine's recovery, and of course every country's savior, the IMF is bound to be all for it:
