As FDR and LBJ understood,
Health Care is a Fundamental Human Right to be protected by our government Of-the-People,
and administered on an egalitarian basis,

...NOT a Commodity to be SOLD to Americans by For Profit Corporations.

Moore goes looking for the cashier at a French hospital. He finds it. Some patients are there getting bus fare for the trip home. They not only didn't have to pay, they also got help making it home.

Oh, everything looks real pretty on the surface, but underneath the corner of this picture, it's a nasty place. I wish we could join the civilized world, but it'll never happen until we get either universal healthcare or a new economic system. Both would be nice.

Most Americans.

It isn't something that is unrealistic or too costly. It is both cheaper and, as evidenced by all the examples we have around the world, more effective.

Health care should never be profit motivated. No aspect of health care should be motivated by profit.
