Since it is their scheme, I tend not to believe all their wailing too much. They are just being contrary as well as locking us in for 100% of the blame for the downside and they can pretend they hate the whole concept that they invented, championed at every level (including hard by the former Speaker and current candidate), and even instituted in one state governed by their front runner.

I have no expectation that the fascist on the court will rule against, fascist built it. I don't get where this perception of ideological opposition comes from.
