The right wing acts as if they don't understand this.

Truthfully I know they do understand it, but simply want to keep their campaign coffers full and keep making themselves and their cohorts boatloads of money. I guess they don't realize every empire falls at one point or another. What do they think is going to happen when the customers dry up? Where will the jobs be then? Consumers ARE the true job creators, not the rich. Without us, they would be sucking wind.

These are people who think humans rode dinosaurs. They believe a woman's body can absorb an embryo if she wills it. They are mostly either idiots, or just evil.

I'm pretty gullible about anything you care to tell me that they don't know.

I am revolted by the "no poor person ever gave me a job" argument. I respond that nothing but a bunch of poor and middle-classed people has ever given any industrial worker a job. Demand creates supply, and absent demand, there will be no jobs.

I tried to understand a post by someone that stated they hated unions but worked for one for 31 years in order to
qualify for a pension and benefits along with good pay while working.

you just can't fix idiocy, I guess.

We're unionized. They are anti-union and pro-corporate except when it comes to their own personal situation. They deserve top-dollar from the company and are on the union's side only to that end. However, their unionized peers at competing companies or any other industries are all over paid and should work for less, so their own money will go further.

They are the most despicable assholes I have ever met in person.
