make it worse by placing more power in the hands of the 1%.

will leave. The piecemeal destruction of democracy as we knew it. Now it is left in the hands of the rich fat cat contributors who will control who we are able to vote for at every level of government by purchasing elections from the state to the national level. Truly a sad day for america.

In order to win, democratic candidates will have to accept more money from corporations, and in order to get it, they'll have to cater to corporate desires. So yeah, dems will still win, but they might suck as much as republicans.
