Starbucks says it’s sorry a barista put a Satanic symbol in teacher’s coffee

The devil is supposed to be in the details. He just might be in the coffee, too.

The viral world is all abuzz about a Louisiana schoolteacher who discovered what may be at least one Satanic symbol drawn in her coffee foam by a Starbucks barista in Baton Rouge.

The teacher, Megan Pinion, did what one does these days: Complained on Facebook. Starbucks’ Facebook page. On Sunday.

Honestly I'd be more concerned about trying to fit massively overpriced lattes into a teaching salary.

The person who did this is a major shithead. People wouldn't be so flippant about this if someone wrote "John 3:16" in an atheist's latte.

I find it hard to believe that someone is this stupid.

So many teachers never stop teaching. They see every moment as a opportunity to teach and learn.

“I am in no way judging his beliefs or dis-meriting his beautiful artwork, I am however judging his lack of professionalism and respect for others. I am a teacher in the public school system and if I were to present a child of atheist or pagan believers with a Christian art project I could be sued in a heartbeat. I am of Catholic faith and would love to share in my beliefs daily. Fortunately I have enough common sense to present myself with professionalism and follow an ethics code. Perhaps that could be suggested to that particular location,” she wrote.

While I went to college, I lived there and worked a part-time retail job.

Whenever $6.66 came up as the total, I got an extra penny without fail. It's so fucking stupid.

So I'm not surprised in the least that this person got her panties in a bunch over the poorly drawn 666 in the coffee. She really should have talked to the manager or the employee if she were that upset.

CC's coffeehouse is much better coffee anyway.
