IED found attached to truck outside Ft. Hood, Texas

KILLEEN, Texas -- A neighborhood near Fort Hood - the site of Wednesday's deadly shootings - was evacuated late Thursday morning after reports of a suspicious device found nearby. Television media outlet KCEN reports an IED (improvised explosive device) was been found attached to a truck in the neighborhood.

There are also reports that several blocks are being evacuated in the neighborhood. Officials say this incident does not appear to be related to Wednesday's shooting on the post of Fort Hood. So far, there have no reported injuries.
