I have no idea what animal that is, but it definitely has mange. Maybe some kind of weasel or badger? Raccoon?

It uses its front paws just like hands. I have never seen a dog do that.

I'm pretty sure this is a raccoon with mange or some other disorder that causes hair loss.

that body and head type is what I would imagine they look like without hair.

Which is why it has no hair.

I don't think that's a dog, though, because of the way it uses its hands and its body shape. It looks to me like a raccoon. They look very different without hair.
