They turned it dead red.
Fight them as hard as you can and sue them as much as you can. They will spill oil, they will not clean it up properly, they will fight any judgement ( like exxon valdez) and whatever money they are ordered to pay, will be reduced by the republican packed courts.

5 billion reduced to just above 500 million. One tenth. http://www.latimes.com/news/la-na-valdez26-2008jun26,0,357396.story#axzz2xz6iPX7c

And is the prince William sound back to normal? No. There is still oil out there in our sound and in our soil to this day.http://response.restoration.noaa.gov/oil-and-chemical-spills/significant-incidents/exxon-valdez-oil-spill/prince-william-sound-recovered.html

And that was just one ship. This is even worse, in my opinion. Fracking frack!

Good that you are being proactive. Others will follow if you lead. You are in the right. Twenty thousand well. My word.
I am sorry.

I spotted yet another new fracking tower. This one is about four blocks north of my apartment, and I live in the city. This new well is one of several hundred that have been permitted within city limits. City council and county commission are deaf to our concerns, all they can see is money coming in short term; they are either incapable of or unwilling to see the greater costs for all of us.

Or an explosion? Besides just poisoning the water, i worry that one day something is going to blow the hell up and take out a small town. Similar to that chemical plant explosion.
I do not understand putting that crap right in the middle of the city. We have lost our minds ( not me and you) over oil.

Up here, they want to open up a mine called pebble mine and poison our rivers and kill our salmon. But they promise to put it back the same way they found it. We are calling bullshit on that. Everybody i know has a no pebble mine shirt. We keep fighting it. But that whey faced loon tea baby Gov Sean Parnell thinks its a brilliant plan. Same guy who is busy giving the oil companies tax breaks because they have it so hard.
You should run for office or find a good candidate with a big mouth.
