I also seem to recall a Hummingbird Cam from CA, we'd collectively gasp & worry if a lizard appeared on the premises.

I've been watching this pair of eagles for almost 4 years.....such a fun and informative site.

She gets up every now and then to feed them. That's when you get a pretty good look at them.

Apparently momma vanished at the end of last season, and there is some speculation the current momma is a daughter of the original one. I hadn't checked in yet this season - so your post was a good reminder.

They are really fun to watch once they get bigger, one fills the nest, and momma still comes back and sits on top of them. Make sure you catch momma - it is quite amazing to see a still hummingbird. So gorgeous - and the cam makes them look larger than they are. The nest is about the size of a golf ball.
