Edited: I should have read the article first. I didn't realize it was her ex that had raped and harassed her. I hope every person mentioned in that article is cringing in shame from the way they treated her.

I can't remember who they are anymore but basically he said he thought schools with segregated dorms, no frats, no alcohol etc (like the military universities and obviously this college in the OP) would be "safer". So I'm kicking this and highlighting this part for them to see that making the rules stricter doesn't change rape culture.
