As they filibuster everything else.

Least productive Congress in history and Republicans needs to be removed from their seats in November.

The filibuster reform rule for nominees will cover her. The only exceptions were for Supreme Court justices.

So unless the Democratic caucus along with their Independent allies fail to vote for cloture her nomination should be secure.
