Lady Freedom Returns

I believe that the CONservatives are hell bent to lead us back to a monarchy!

And it is the Koch brothers that are the ones they seem to want to crown.

It is up to us, Liberals, to block them. We also need to remember those three first rights that is stated in the Declaration of Independence. Those are:

"Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness".

We also must remember the Preamble of the Constitution:

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

I think that's their goal. Ever since the advent of Reaganism 30 years ago, when they handed over everything to the executive class.

Lately there has been a lot of talk on the crazy right about how well slaves were treated, and how happy the slaves were with their white masters. I seriously think if it came up for a vote, lots of nut jobs (and most corporations) would vote for it.

It may not be the Koch Brothers they want to crown -- they're tainted with trade/business -- but yes, of course the goal has always been a return to an inherited monarchy.

Always.

You really shouldn't be surprised.
